Speaking at the conference, Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung reported and clarified some outstanding results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. He affirmed that the 9th Session marked a milestone in the legislative history of Vietnam. This session also marked the beginning of a period of comprehensive institutional reform, reorganizing the State apparatus and making strategic decisions.
The session decided to pass the amendment of the Constitution; amend 34 laws, issue 13 thematic resolutions, reorganize the country to enter a new era... Through that, it has consolidated and strengthened the people's trust in the Party, State and National Assembly.

Appreciating the opinions expressed at the conference, which demonstrated the responsibility and intelligence of voters towards the issues of the country, Thanh Hoa province and the locality, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung expressed his belief that the staff and civil servants of Tinh Gia ward in particular and the communes in the province in general will strive to overcome difficulties and confusion in the first days of operating the 2-level local government, excellently completing the assigned tasks, better serving the needs of people and businesses.
