Re-appointment of Government Cipher Committee personnel

(Chinhphu.vn) - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's Decisions to re-appoint personnel of the Government Cipher Committee.

Lieutenant General Vu Ngoc Thiem, Head of the Government Cipher Committee.

Specifically, in Decision No. 1280/QD-TTg dated June 24, 2025, the Prime Minister reappointed Lieutenant General Vu Ngoc Thiem to hold the position of Head of the Government Cipher Committee.

In Decision No. 1281/QD-TTg dated June 24, 2025, the Prime Minister reappointed Major General Nguyen Dang Luc to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee.

The above Decisions take effect from May 1, 2025.
