On the morning of July 15, Working Group No. 3, led by Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Trang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Permanent Deputy Head of Working Group No. 3, chaired a meeting to review documents of the Party Congresses under the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 for the Party Committees of the wards: Long Chau, Thanh Duc and Phuoc Hau.

At the appraisal meeting, the members of the Working Group basically agreed with the draft political report of the Party Executive Committee of the wards and highly appreciated the elaborate, thoughtful, serious preparation and the fair, comprehensive and complete assessment of the results achieved in all fields; clearly pointed out the advantages as well as the shortcomings and limitations and proposed the key goals, tasks and solutions in the new term in accordance with the current conditions and development trends. However, the draft political report is still long, so it should be shortened and some sentences should be edited to be more appropriate.
Giving comments on the draft political reports, members of the Working Group suggested that it is necessary to clearly identify breakthroughs, add some indicators suitable to the actual local situation to focus on solving, creating breakthroughs in successfully implementing the tasks of the new term; the proposed indicators must not be lower than the province's indicators, especially economic indicators, thereby contributing to the province's double-digit growth in the next term.
In addition, the members of the Working Group also proposed to propose specific groups of tasks and solutions for each field associated with the key issues of the ward to promote the strengths of the newly established administrative unit; at the same time, urgently complete the scenario, review report, working regulations, and discussions.
