This is the third race to reach a record number of runners participating in the VnExpress Marathon system.
Coming to the race, athletes will conquer the 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km distances. Of which, the 42km distance will start at 2:30, the 21km distance will start at 3:30, the 10km distance will start at 4:15 and the 5km distance will start at 5:30.
According to the Organizing Committee, the starting time of this year's 42km race has been adjusted 30 minutes earlier than previous seasons. The starting time of other races remains unchanged. This time adjustment was carefully considered to adapt to the weather conditions in Quy Nhon, helping athletes optimize their performance.
Participating in the 21km race, athlete Tran Thi My Hanh (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province) did not think she could complete this distance so quickly. "I am very happy to have won over myself. I think that, to achieve the desired results, in addition to great effort and determination, athletes need to maintain a spirit of steel," My Hanh shared.

In the 10km distance, athlete Tran Thanh Ngan, Binh Duong province, also made it to the top of the finishers. Mr. Ngan was delighted when the race organizers awarded him the finisher medal. "I prepared very carefully before participating in the race and spent a long time training physically. That helped me limit possible health risks, increase flexibility, endurance and confidence on the race. I am very happy to have achieved my goal. This is the motivation for me to try new running milestones in the future," Mr. Ngan shared.
To ensure the safety of athletes, the Binh Dinh Provincial Health Department has also set up medical stations along the race route and destination to monitor, detect, care for, and immediately handle any health "incidents" that athletes may have. The province has also mobilized nearly 1,000 volunteers divided into 24 teams to coordinate with security forces to coordinate, divide lanes, give directions, provide water, first aid, and assist athletes.

This is the 6th time the VnExpress Marathon has been held in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The tournament has become a major sports festival that has been enthusiastically received by many people, promising to bring many unforgettable emotions and impressions to those who love this sport.
