This Elderly Singing Festival has the participation of more than 250 elderly officials and members from 11 mass art troupes of the elderly association of districts, towns and cities.
Participating teams brought to the festival singing, dancing and music performances praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the fine traditions of the nation and homeland.
The leader of the Provincial Elderly Association said that the organization of the annual elderly singing festival aims to create conditions for the cultural and artistic clubs of the elderly throughout the province to exchange and learn from each other, gradually improve the quality and performance of mass art, expand and preserve traditional cultural values, evoke and preserve the cultural identity of ethnic groups in the province; contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
