Hong Quang Commune: A woman found a wallet and brought it to the police to return it to the owner.

On August 12, Hong Quang Commune Police said they had just received and returned lost property to a citizen thanks to the honest action of a local resident.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Tra Phuong village, handed over lost property to Hong Quang commune police.

Previously, on August 4, on her way to work from Thi market (Hong Quang commune) towards Luong Bang commune, when approaching Dong Xanh Garment Company on DT.376 route, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh (residing in Tra Phuong village, Hong Quang commune) picked up a wallet. Inside was a citizen identification card in the name of Bui Thi Thao (residing in Hoang Hoa Tham commune, Hung Yen province) and 382,000 VND.

Immediately after finding it, Ms. Oanh brought the wallet to report to the Hong Quang Commune Police with the hope of finding and returning the property to the owner.

After receiving the information, the Commune Police quickly verified the information and contacted Ms. Bui Thi Thao. On August 11, Ms. Thao went to the police station to receive her property.

Ms. Bui Thi Thao, Hoang Hoa Tham commune received her property back at Hong Quang commune police station.

The honest and kind actions of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh were highly appreciated by the authorities and local people. This action contributed to spreading positive values ​​of life, demonstrating the valuable moral quality of “Finding lost property, returning it to the owner”.
