(Fatherland) - On the evening of March 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province organized the opening ceremony of the Vinh Phuc Summer Tourism Festival 2024 and the art program 'Happy Trips'.
The opening program to welcome Vinh Phuc summer tourism is an event organized annually by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province in Tam Dao town - the world's leading destination in 2022 and 2023 (voted by World Travel Awards, a leading prestigious organization in the world in tourism).

He hopes that in the coming time, Vinh Phuc will always be a "safe, friendly, unique, attractive, and impressive destination" in the hearts of tourists and friends from near and far on their journey to explore the culture and tourism of the Northeast region.
In recent times, with the close direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and especially after the National Conference on Tourism with the theme "Promoting recovery - Accelerating development" (March 15, 2023), along with the efforts of the whole industry, tourism activities have gradually recovered, especially domestic tourism. The number of tourists by the end of March 2024 is estimated at 2.5 million, an increase of 30% of the planned target. Total revenue from tourists is estimated at 970 billion VND, an increase of 12% over the same period in 2023. Data from Agoda's market trend tracking tool shows that the number of searches for Vinh Phuc tourism increased by 297% over the same period last year. Tam Dao of Vinh Phuc leads the top 6 new outstanding destinations in Vietnam.
