On June 30, 2025, VinFast officially announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with myTVS, one of the leading automotive service providers in India.
The agreement is part of VinFast’s strategy to enhance customer experience in India. The company aims to set up 120 service workshops through collaboration with potential partners, contributing to strengthening its after-sales network nationwide.

In addition to the VinFast dealer and service center system that is about to come into operation, this agreement will contribute significantly to expanding and strengthening VinFast's after-sales service network and charging stations nationwide, ensuring customers have convenient and quick access to maintenance and support services.
Under the agreement, myTVS will ensure that VinFast customers are served seamlessly across India with a standardized service system. The unit will focus on implementing high-quality services through service workshops fully equipped with genuine spare parts, modern diagnostic and repair equipment, and a team of highly trained technicians.
