Jackson joined Chelsea two years ago for £32 million from Villarreal. According to the Daily Mail , Chelsea are in no rush to sell the player and have kept his valuation at £100 million. Jackson is under contract with the Blues until 2033.
Following the arrival of new signings Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, Jackson has fallen behind in the race for a starting spot. The striker has also recently expressed concern about losing the trust of coach Enzo Maresca.
In the 2024/25 season, Jackson scored 10 goals in the Premier League and 3 goals in the UEFA Conference League. In the last 10 matches, this striker has had an unstable performance with only 4 goals and 1 assist, but received 2 red cards (against Newcastle in the Premier League and Flamengo in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup).
Despite regularly impressing with his fierce style of play and work ethic on the pitch, Jackson lacked the sharpness needed to become a big star in the Premier League. He scored 30 goals in his two years at Stamford Bridge, but inconsistency prevented him from improving.
AC Milan are interested in Jackson, however the £100m price tag is beyond the Serie A club's means. Milan are looking to bolster their attack after Tammy Abraham returned to Roma after a season on loan and has now joined Besiktas.
