Vietnam Aviation Academy plans to enroll 3,530 students, an increase of more than 500 compared to last year, and open an additional major in International Business.
The three majors that account for the majority of the school's enrollment are Business Administration (520), English Language (540), and Information Technology (540).
The Aviation Academy said it will continue to consider admission based on high school graduation exam scores and five early admission methods, including: considering excellent students; considering international English certificates; considering competency assessment test scores organized by two national universities; considering academic transcript scores and direct admission.
Admission criteria and combinations for Aviation Academy in 2024:
With the priority admission method using international English certificates, candidates must have good conduct and good academic performance in semester 1 or the entire 12th grade. Certificate conditions and priority admission majors are as follows:
With the method of considering transcript scores, Vietnam Aviation Academy takes the average score of three subjects in the admission combination from grades 10, 11 and semester I of grade 12 or the whole grade 12. For English Language majors, candidates must have an average score of English from 7 or higher.
The threshold for receiving applications (floor score) for each major ranges from 16-20 points. If considered by the competency assessment test score, the floor score is 600/1200 for the exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University and 66/150 for the exam score of Hanoi National University.
Last year, the benchmark score according to the high school graduation exam results of Vietnam Aviation Academy in 2023 ranged from 16-24.2, the highest being for Flight Operations Management.
