(DN) - Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that from July 6 to 10, the weather in the province will be cloudy to mostly cloudy, with intermittent sunshine during the day, scattered rain in many places in the evening and at night, with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places.

The reason is that the Dong Nai area is affected by the southwest monsoon with moderate to strong intensity. The tropical convergence zone with an axis through the North Central region continues to be maintained, then gradually lifts its axis to the North and weakens. Above, the subtropical high pressure tends to encroach on the West. The weather is cloudy to cloudy, sunny during the day, scattered rain in the evening and at night in many places, some places have heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

During thunderstorms, watch out for tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Southwest wind level 2-3. Forecast rainfall from 30-150mm, average temperature 26-28 degrees Celsius, highest 33-35 degrees Celsius, lowest 22-24 degrees Celsius.

The water level of the Dong Nai River in the upper reaches of Tri An Lake and other rivers and streams changes slowly. The water level of the La Nga River at Phu Hiep station is regulated by the Da Mi - Ham Thuan reservoir. In Bien Hoa, the lower reaches of the Dong Nai River, the highest water level appeared on July 10 (1.4m).
