At the ceremony, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics announced the early retirement of Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Director of the Academy of Politics Region II; and announced the Decision to appoint Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Academy of Politics Region II, to hold the position of Director of the Academy of Politics Region II, starting from September 1.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Doan Minh Huan acknowledged and expressed gratitude for Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung's dedication and contributions to the Academy of Politics Region II. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung's proactive application for early retirement demonstrates his sense of responsibility; at the same time, it is a practical action, contributing positively to the process of streamlining the apparatus of the political system.
