
On August 28, comrade Le Anh Quan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee chaired the inspection of the progress of project implementation in Le Chan and An Bien wards.
After checking the situation and listening to the opinions of representatives of leaders of departments, branches, units and localities, comrade Le Anh Quan pointed out: The progress of implementing projects in Le Chan and An Bien wards has not met the requirements, and must be more urgent and drastic to speed up the progress.

Regarding the Urban Renovation Construction Investment Project (apartment building combined with commercial and service center) at lot OTM 2-1, N2-3, CX 2-4 in block A2 in the 1/2000 planning of Le Chan district (old), the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to urgently establish and publicize the draft compensation, support and resettlement plan for 52 households; propagate, mobilize and resolve recommendations related to the project.
Urgently complete the technical infrastructure of the resettlement area at the old Niem Nghia bus station to serve the land allocation for households that must relocate to implement the above project. In addition, other projects also need to speed up the site clearance and construction to ensure progress.
The construction investment projects in Le Chan and An Bien wards are all important in urban beautification and development, improving technical infrastructure, and improving people's lives. Therefore, relevant sectors and units must clearly define responsibilities, coordinate closely, take decisive action, ensure progress and quality of works, contribute to putting the projects into operation soon, creating a new look for the city.

According to reports from Le Chan and An Bien wards, the two localities currently have 4 projects that are stuck in terms of land. Specifically, the urban renovation construction investment project (apartment buildings combined with commercial and service centers) at lot OTM 2-1, N2-3, CX 2-4 in block A2 in the 1/2000 planning of Le Chan district (now in Le Chan ward) has a scale of 16,179.6 m2, of which 3 organizations use an area of 11,864.1 m2; 52 households with an area of 3,071.9 m2 and 1,243.6 m2 of land managed by the ward People's Committee. Based on the results of determining the origin of land use, the People's Committee of Le Chan ward is directing the Department of Economics , Infrastructure and Urban Areas to determine the conditions of the households; Coordinate with the Le Chan Area Project Management Board to complete and submit to the ward leaders for approval the overall resettlement plan, draft compensation, support and resettlement plan for 52 households.
An Bien ward has 3 projects under implementation, of which the Social Housing Construction Investment Project in Cau Rao 2 Urban Area currently has 15,745.30 m2 of uncleared land with 26 households of agricultural land and 1 household of expired aquaculture land. The Le Chan Area Project Management Board continues to complete the compensation and support plan for approval according to regulations.
The Cau Rao 110KV Power Line and Substation Project has a land acquisition area of 8,400 m2, including 27 households. On August 5, the Ward People's Committee held a dialogue with representatives of households whose land was acquired on compensation, support and resettlement plans; at the same time, it assessed the first phase of compensation and support plans for 15 households.
The investment project to build a flower garden in the area of Cau Niem roundabout has an area of 20,124.6 m2 and has not yet inventoried the land area of Hong Quang Joint Stock Company. On August 22, the People's Committee of An Bien Ward coordinated with relevant units to persuade the company to cooperate in inventorying land and assets. However, the company did not cooperate and proposed to arrange other premises to ensure production and business activities.
