DNO - On the morning of August 28, at the revolutionary relic site of Xom Chin Chu - Dong Ho village, Dien Ban Bac ward, veteran Special Forces - Commandos of District 1, Da Nang city held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs and compatriots who sacrificed and hid Special Forces - Commandos officers and soldiers.

In front of the Da Nang City Special Forces Memorial, the Special Forces veterans of District 1, Da Nang respectfully offered incense and expressed their deep gratitude to the comrades who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

During the resistance wars against France and the US, the Special Forces - District 1 Commandos, Da Nang together with the City Commandos achieved many resounding victories. The soldiers continuously organized surprise attacks, directly hitting the enemy's headquarters, warehouses, and important infrastructure.

Those victories became brilliant milestones in the history of the struggle of the army and people of Da Nang, contributing to glorifying the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Army.
