Attending the conference were Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Long Khanh Ward People's Council Dang Minh Nguyet.

Also attending were Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Long Khanh Ward People's Committee Tang Quoc Lap emphasized: The announcement of the planning is not only a legal requirement but also an important step to develop Long Khanh Ward in a synchronous, modern and sustainable direction. This is an important basis for people, organizations and businesses to access information; at the same time, it is a strong invitation for investors to join in building Long Khanh into an attractive destination for urban development, trade - services and technical infrastructure.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Long Khanh Ward announced 3 key planning projects including: Project to locally adjust the Master Plan for Long Khanh City Construction at a scale of 1/10,000 to 2040, with a vision to 2050, approved in Decision No. 2254/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025 of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province; Project for zoning at a scale of 1/2,000 - Zone 1 in the former wards: Xuan An, Xuan Binh, Xuan Hoa, Phu Binh; Project for zoning at a scale of 1/2,000 - Zone 5 in Bau Tram commune (now both belong to Long Khanh ward).

Representatives of consulting units: ACUD Vietnam Construction Technology Joint Stock Company, Nikken Sekkei Company, Plan ADD Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented papers, analyzed the current status and development space orientation, and affirmed the feasibility of the projects in opening up new land funds, shaping urban functional areas and creating favorable conditions for strategic investment projects.

The projects, once approved, will become an important legal foundation for implementing detailed planning steps, developing infrastructure, attracting businesses, and mobilizing social resources, thereby strongly promoting the socio -economic development process of Long Khanh ward in the new period.

On this occasion, the Ward People's Committee introduced projects and land plots calling for investment in Long Khanh Ward with potential for strong development in trade and services, contributing to the formation of new economic centers of the locality. The land plots are planned synchronously, have convenient locations connecting to main traffic axes, near existing residential areas, schools, markets and administrative centers, creating favorable conditions for the development of commercial projects, supermarkets, shopping centers, logistics services and community living spaces.

This conference to announce the planning project demonstrates the political determination of the Party Committee and the government of Long Khanh ward in building a civilized and modern urban appearance, worthy of its position as a socio-economic center.

Discussing at the conference, representatives of businesses and people expressed many opinions focusing on the meaning and importance of planning projects for local development. Opinions said that dividing land use functions and arranging land funds reasonably are important bases for implementing detailed planning steps at a scale of 1/500 in the coming time.
