Major General Nguyen Quoc Duan requested the School Party Committee to continue promoting the advantages of the past term and overcome the remaining limitations. Clearly define the goals in all areas of work, have a roadmap for training cadres, and build a smart school. After the congress, the School needs to develop regulations, action programs, and implementation plans to concretize the resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
