The technical infrastructure system and modern, environmentally friendly equipment are also designed synchronously, ensuring smooth and convenient operation when the project is put into use. The expected construction time is 360 days, completed and put into use in September 2026.

Professor Nguyen Minh Ha, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, said that this project contributes to gradually modernizing facilities to meet the training scale, in line with the school's strategic development plan for the period 2021-2030.

The completed project will meet the learning needs of nearly 4,500 full-time students at the same time. In addition, the project will also create a physical foundation for the establishment of a branch of Ho Chi Minh City Open University in Dong Nai province in the near future.
