According to the report of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the unit has so far drafted compensation and support plans for 47 companies with a total area of about 178 hectares. Of these, 36 plans have been submitted to the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward for evaluation. The remaining companies are expected to complete the draft compensation and support plans before July 9.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center recommends that the Provincial People's Committee directly relevant departments and branches to urgently advise on resolving the enterprises' petitions; assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance to coordinate with units and the Industrial Park Development Corporation to handle matters related to compensation, support, liquidation and dismantling of infrastructure assets. At the same time, assign the Department of Industry and Trade to front over and coordinate with the Department of Construction to work with the electricity sector to develop a plan and budget estimate for relocating power stations and poles to new locations, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for approval as a basis for implementation.

Regarding household, according to the report of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, up to now, 289/355 cases have been mobilized to relocate and hand over the premises. In the remaining cases, the locality will continue to mobilize voluntary demolition of assets, before conducting enforcement according to regulations.

To ensure this progress, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward has issued a document implying the establishment of a team or council to assess the compensation and support plans of enterprises. The Economic - Infrastructure Department is the main unit in the team/council, and local support members are the force in the Special Working Group to support the relocation of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park established by the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, continue to mobilize mobilization to hand over the site and implement enforcement in accordance with regulations.

For the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the provincial leaders requested to urgently relocate assets in land areas that the province has assigned to manage and lease but used for the wrong purpose, land areas directly leased by the province. Ensure the progress of implementation, complete the draft compensation and support plan, publicly post it, and submit it to the competent authorities for appraisal and approval.
Regarding this content, on June 22, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2105/QD-UBND amending and supplementing the Project on Converting the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and Environmental Improvement. According to the decision, the priority area for compensation and site clearance is about 154/329 hectares, which is the land planned to build an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and a Political - Administrative Urban Area of the province. The Provincial People's Committee assigned that before August 1, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center must complete compensation and site clearance for enterprises in the priority area.
