Request to stop the contract, stop supplying electricity and clean water to the enterprise that is slow in handing over the land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - On the afternoon of August 27, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha chaired a meeting to listen to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and departments, branches and localities report on the progress of relocating Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

Deputy Director of Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center Mai Phong Phu said: To implement the Project of Converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and Improving the Environment, the province must reclaim 329 hectares, divided into 3 areas.

Up to now, area 1, with a total area of 50.5 hectares, has nearly 17 hectares of cleared land. Area 2, with a total area of 103.5 hectares, has nearly 29 hectares of cleared land. Area 3, with an area of 175 hectares, has 47 hectares of cleared land.

From now until August 31, the center will complete the compensation plan for the remaining companies in Region 1 and Region 2; at the same time, post, disseminate, hand over the decision and work with the companies whose compensation and support plans have been approved; continue to submit compensation and support plans for the remaining companies.

Regarding the land planned to be used for the launching ceremony of the project to build the Provincial Political - Administrative Center, it is expected that by the end of August, nearly 13 hectares of cleared land will be available.

After listening to the discussion from related units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assessed: In the past time, the working groups have actively promoted and mobilized with clear results, many enterprises have had better cooperation. The Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi Corporation) and the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward have basically completed phase 1 of Lam Son Park renovation. The picture of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is getting brighter day by day.

The Provincial People's Committee leader requested: In September, the site clearance for Area 1 must be completed to organize the auction of land use rights this year; the Provincial Land Fund Development Center must urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue an action plan to have a clean site for this land.

Area 2 is planned to implement the project of building the Provincial Political - Administrative Center. Relevant agencies and units need to focus the highest resources, striving to have at least 70% of the site cleared before September 30 to start the project to welcome the Provincial Party Congress.

The provincial People's Committee leaders requested: All compensation plans must be approved in September. Sonadezi Corporation must immediately stop contracts with units that rent land but do not use it for the right purpose. In case the unit intentionally prolongs the contract, the electricity and clean water supply will be stopped. Along with that, continue to mobilize state-owned enterprises to relocate.
