Accordingly, from today (July 12), Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center will arrange staff to handle administrative procedures on Saturday mornings at two reception points: the current Gia Phu Commune administrative headquarters and the old Xuan Giao Commune point; assign staff to propagate and guide people to carry out the process of handling administrative procedures online on the public service portal.

On the very first morning of implementation, Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center received more than 50 administrative procedure files from people.
At reception points, it was noted that the majority of people expressed their agreement and appreciation for the commune government's flexibility in expanding service hours to meet the needs of resolving work outside of office hours.
Since coming into operation under the new administrative unit after the merger (from July 1 to present), Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center has received nearly 900 administrative procedures and resolved them according to prescribed authority.


Based on actual needs and implementation effectiveness, Gia Phu Commune People's Committee will continue to maintain operations on Saturday mornings in the following weeks to improve service quality for the people.
