Previously, at around 12 noon on July 9, the girl was discovered entering a coffee shop in Hamlet 3/2, Xuan Thoi Son Commune, owned by Mr. Tran Van Hieu (37 years old). By the evening of the same day, no one came to pick her up. When Mr. Hieu asked, the girl could not remember her home address, nor could she provide information about her relatives.

Mr. Hieu then took the girl to the Xuan Thoi Son Commune Police Station to report the incident. The local authorities, in coordination with relevant agencies, immediately issued a notice to search for relatives and temporarily cared for the girl while waiting.
However, after a week, no relatives have come to claim the baby. The People's Committee of Xuan Thoi Son Commune said it has completed the procedures to send the baby to the Social Protection Center for care and nurturing.
According to the announcement, if within 7 days (from July 16 to 22) no relatives come to contact, the locality will carry out the procedures according to regulations.
