TPBank said that from June 26, the bank will make a number of senior personnel changes in the Board of Directors, including dismissing two members and adding a number of new members.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan - Deputy General Director and Director of Risk Management, and Ms. Truong Thi Hoang Lan - Deputy General Director and Director of Investment and Large Corporate Clients, will resign from their current positions to take on new tasks to expand TPBank's operations.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan has many years of experience in senior management at banks and other financial institutions, especially in the field of risk management. He has made important contributions to the successful implementation of risk management standards such as Basel III, Basel III Reform (Basel 4) at TPBank.
Meanwhile, Ms. Truong Thi Hoang Lan has been with TPBank since the early days of the bank's establishment (2008), holding many senior management positions, and is considered to have many achievements in developing the large corporate customer segment, expanding investment activities and strengthening connections with major partners.
In addition to dismissing two senior leaders, TPBank also announced the appointment of a number of leadership positions in important blocks.
Specifically, Mr. Khuc Van Hoa, Deputy General Director, resigned from the position of Director of Corporate Banking to take on a new role as Director of Investment and Large Corporate Clients. In this position, he is responsible for implementing investment activities, consulting, arranging capital and providing comprehensive financial solutions for large corporations and groups.
Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, currently Deputy Director of Corporate Banking, was appointed as Director of this division, responsible for developing the portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises, providing credit products, trade finance and comprehensive financial solutions for corporate customers.
