At noon on July 3, Ho Chi Minh City Police provided initial information about the fire that burned down more than 1,700 square meters of a factory in Binh Hung commune, which occurred early the same morning.

At around 4:30 a.m. on July 3, a fire broke out at C3/4 and C3/6 Pham Hung, Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a warehouse rented by many companies to store goods. When the fire was discovered, people shouted and reported it to the authorities.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PC07) - Ho Chi Minh City Police mobilized 192 officers and soldiers along with 29 specialized vehicles to the scene to put out the fire and prevent it from spreading.

At the scene, the fire broke out strongly, causing some walls to collapse. The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police divided into many teams to approach and by 6:20 a.m. the same day, the fire was controlled and completely extinguished at 8:45 a.m.

The fire burned about 1,700m2 of the total area of ​​5,000m2 of the warehouse. Police have protected the remaining 3,300m2 of the warehouse. The cause is currently under investigation.
