According to information from the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, StartupBlink has just announced the global innovation ecosystem rankings in 2025, in which Ho Chi Minh City ranked 110th in the world, the highest level ever. At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City appeared in the top 5 leading innovation ecosystems in Southeast Asia for the first time.

This year's ranking increase not only reflects Ho Chi Minh City's continuous efforts in improving the startup environment, but also an opportunity for Ho Chi Minh City to recognize and reposition the City in the global startup ecosystem.
