The atmosphere of the rehearsal of the special art program with the theme "From That Autumn" at the Provincial Convention Center.

The program consists of two parts: "From the historical autumn" and "Bright future", performed by the Provincial Cultural Center in collaboration with the Huong Tram Opera Troupe and the Khmer Art Troupe. The performances are elaborately staged, vividly staged, recreating the revolutionary spirit from the difficult days to the glorious victory, opening the path to national liberation, building and developing the homeland and country.

Artists are actively practicing and preparing for the performance celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

After the rehearsal, the members of the Art Council gave suggestions to perfect the performances.

At the same time, at Hung Vuong Square ( Bac Lieu Ward), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen and leaders of departments, branches and press and media agencies attended the general rehearsal of the art program jointly implemented by Cao Van Lau Theater and the Provincial Cultural Center.

The program consists of 2 chapters, elaborately staged, vividly staged with the participation of singers and actors from Cao Van Lau Theater and the Provincial Cultural Center.

The scene in Chapter 1 "From that autumn" recreates the image of a country in misery under the yoke of French colonialism, while also depicting the indomitable will and aspiration to rise up and gain independence of the Vietnamese people.

Chapter 1: “From that autumn” recreates the scene of the country in misery under the yoke of French colonialism, the journey of young Nguyen Ai Quoc to find a way to save the country and the event of the Communist Party of Vietnam being born, leading the people to make the August Revolution in 1945, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the predecessor of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. At the same time, it recalls the heroic years in the two great resistance wars for national defense and the journey of reconstruction, innovation and integration of the country.

The children sang the melody "We are the young shoots of the Party".

Chapter 2 "The Era of Rising" is full of enthusiasm, praising the Party and Uncle Ho, proud of the achievements in building the homeland of Ca Mau, aspiring for a bright future, affirming that Ca Mau is entering a new era of development with the country.

At the rehearsal, delegates contributed ideas about lighting, costumes, illustrations, acting style, etc. to perfect the program, bringing the audience an emotional night of art, worthy of a major national event.

According to the plan, the art program will officially take place on the evening of September 2 at Phan Ngoc Hien Square (An Xuyen Ward) and Hung Vuong Square (Bac Lieu Ward); followed by a low-altitude fireworks display to serve the people.
