In the 2024-2025 school year, the Department of Education and Training will advise on the safe and serious organization of exams and competitions. In the 2024-2025 National High School Excellent Student Competition, Phu Yen won 50 prizes out of 90 contestants. This is the year with the largest number of prizes, the highest quality prizes and all subjects won prizes. In the new school year 2025-2026, the Phu Yen Education and Training sector continues to implement preschool education, general education and continuing education programs according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training ; effectively carry out career orientation and student streaming after junior high school. The Education sector continues to review and implement planning to develop a network of educational institutions in accordance with the local situation; at the same time, build a team of teachers and managers to meet the requirements of educational development; advise the Provincial People's Committee on documents directing the management of educational institutions according to the 2-level model; strictly implement the arrangement and assignment of managers, teachers and staff in affiliated units to ensure compliance with regulations to overcome the phenomenon of local surplus - shortage. The Education sector also continues to carry out digital transformation in education, apply information technology in teaching, learning and educational management towards building smart schools...
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded emulation flags to 4 leading units in the emulation movement and awarded the title of excellent labor collective to 9 units, and certificates of merit to 2 groups. The Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 10 excellent groups and certificates of merit to 27 individuals.
