On the morning of July 16, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the high school graduation exam scores of more than 1.16 million candidates nationwide. According to traditional combinations such as A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), A01 (Math, Physics, English), C00 (Literature, History, Geography) and D01 (Math, Literature, English), the whole country had 9 candidates achieving the absolute score of 30/30, in which the A00 and B00 combinations each had several outstanding cases.
In Ho Chi Minh City, there was only one candidate who achieved a perfect 30 points in the A00 group. That was Phan Quang Hien Vinh, an excellent student from Dinh Tien Hoang High School. In the exam, he achieved a perfect score of 10 in all three subjects: Math, Physics and Chemistry. In addition, he achieved a score of 7 in Literature.

In addition to regular study time, he often searches for documents, participates in advanced classes and actively discusses with teachers to consolidate knowledge.
Not only that, Phan Quang Hien Vinh was one of the school's excellent students in all 3 years of study and was excellent in all subjects with an average score in the top. At the same time, in all 3 years of high school, he was an excellent student at the provincial level in Mathematics.
In the competency assessment exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University, I also won first prize in the first exam, and was in the top of the second exam.
