CMC University gives laptops to candidates registering for wishes 1, 2, 3

(Dan Tri) - CMC University (school code: CMC) announced a program to give laptops to new students entering school in 2025 for candidates who register their first, second, and third choices to the school.

Free laptop with integrated AI features

A representative of CMC University said that the laptop given to students in 2025 is a special edition ASUS model, not available on the market. This is a specially manufactured product, integrating free AI features to optimally support students' learning process.

Candidates admitted to CMC University will receive a laptop if they meet the following criteria:

- Candidates have a total score of 31/40 points in the 1st semester of high school study results of grade 12 or the entire 12th grade year according to the subject combination registered for admission in 2025 or participate in the 2025 Competency Assessment Test of CMC University (CMC-TEST).

- Candidates choose CMC as their first, second, or third choice on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training .

This program has been implemented by the school since 2024.

The laptop donation program for new students will actively contribute to the school's AI transformation strategy. For majors in the Computer and Information Technology group such as Information Technology, Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering... the admission combination is Math x 2 + 2 any subjects.

For the Electronics - Telecommunications Engineering Technology (IC Design) major, the admission combination is Math x 2 + Physics/Chemistry + any subject.

For the remaining majors, candidates can choose Math or Literature to multiply by a factor of 2 depending on their strengths. The admission combination is Math x 2 + 2 any subjects or Literature x 2 + 2 any subjects.

Instead of using traditional admission combinations such as A00, C00, D00..., CMC University uses new, more flexible admission combinations for each major. Candidates can choose any 2 subjects from 10 prescribed subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Informatics, Technology, Foreign Languages, Economic - Legal Education and Literature). Expanding the list of admission subjects helps candidates optimize their scores based on their comprehensive learning ability.
