The competition attracted nearly 50 primary and secondary school students. Each participating group designed their own costumes using recycled materials from milk cartons, soft drink cans, plastic bottles, newspapers, old notebooks, nylon bags, straws, etc. The participating teams went through 2 rounds: Performance and presentation. As a result, the Organizing Committee selected 8 groups to compete in the final round.
