On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Military Petroleum Company Region 4, the Military Petroleum Corporation, and the Van Xuan General Import-Export Corporation (March 25, 2004 - March 25, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to all cadres, professional soldiers, defense workers and civil servants, and employees who have worked and are working at the Military Petroleum Company Region 4.
