Nghe An weather on June 25: Severe heat, beware of thunderstorms in the afternoon

According to information from the Nghe An Province Hydrometeorological Station, during the day and night of June 25, the whole province will continue to have hot weather during the day, some places in the mountainous areas can reach up to 36 degrees Celsius. In the afternoon and night, there is a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms, people need to be on guard against dangerous weather phenomena.

The meteorological agency especially noted that during thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind.

    • Temperature ranges from 28 – 35ºC
    • Air humidity from 80 – 85%
  • Cua Lo and Ngu Island Area
    • Partly cloudy to cloudy, sunny day
    • Afternoon and night with occasional showers and thunderstorms

    • Temperature ranges from 27 – 33ºC

Nghe An Province's Hydrometeorological Station said that in the next 48 hours, the weather in the area will be affected by a low pressure trough connecting with a low pressure area in the North East Sea. This low pressure area is likely to strengthen into a tropical depression.

Combined with that is the weak activity of high-altitude wind convergence. Therefore, the weather in Nghe An province is generally cloudy to cloudy, hot during the day, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and at night. The main wind is from the South to Southeast at level 2 - level 3.
