Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television provide support to eliminate temporary houses for poor households

On the morning of July 13, comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television visited, encouraged and presented funding to support house building for poor households in Trung Son commune.

The Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television presented financial support to the family of Mr. Sung Gia Hu, Nung ethnic group, Khuan Tro village, Trung Son commune.

The Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television presented 18 million VND to the family of Mr. Sung Gia Hu, Nung ethnic group, Khuan Tro village, Trung Son commune. Previously, the delegation supported 48 million VND to build a house for the family. The amount was contributed and supported by leaders, officers, reporters, editors, and employees of the agency.

Mr. Sung Gia Hu's family is a particularly poor household in the commune. The new house was built on an area of 92m², with a total cost of over 300 million VND after completion. The house is expected to be completed and put into use in August 2025.

Responding to the province's Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", in the past 2 years, the provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television have coordinated with philanthropists to support the construction and repair of 10 charity houses.

In 2025 alone, support will be given to build 2 new houses with a total cost of 120 million VND, 100% of which will be contributed and supported by the agency's leaders, staff, reporters, editors, and employees.
