Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee Nguyen Duy Tan said: Lam Son Park and the memorial here were built many years ago. However, because it is located within Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park and is surrounded by a fence, people's access is limited and its community service function has not been fully exploited. With the agreement of the province, the ward has coordinated with businesses to upgrade and renovate this park.
According to Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Duy Tan, the upgrading process is carried out in an open direction, harmonizing the landscape of the Dong Nai riverside area, while ensuring safety for users. The renovated park is not only a destination for historical relics, but also meets the needs of entertainment, sports and is a highlight of the ward's green space.
