Approval of compensation plan for 10 companies in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - On August 11, the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province said that, based on the center's proposal, the People's Committee of Tran Bien ward has just approved the compensation and support plan when the state reclaims land to implement the Project of Converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Service and Environmental Improvement Area (Phase 1).

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward approved Plan No. 102/PA-TTPTQD dated July 31, 2025 of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center on the compensation and support plan to implement the Project of converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Service and Environmental Improvement Area (Phase 1) for 10 enterprises, including: Bibica Factory - Bibica Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa Electronics Joint Stock Company, Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company, Vinh Phu Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company.

Along with that are Bien Hoa Food Mechanics and Construction Joint Stock Company, Dong Nai Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company, Tan Phat II Private Enterprise and Tan Mai Wood Composite Joint Stock Company.

The total compensation and support budget for this phase is over 350 million VND. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center will coordinate with the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward to disseminate and publicly post this approval decision at the ward People's Committee headquarters and the common living space of the residential area where the land is recovered. Send the approved compensation and support plan to the enterprise using the land. Then, compensation and support will be implemented according to the approved plan.

Regarding Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, which is reclaiming land, there are a total of 69 compensation and support plans from businesses.
