The conference reviewed and commented on the nomination form for additional personnel to the planning of the City Party Committee, City Party Committee Standing Committee and city leadership and management positions for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 and 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms.
Through voting, the delegates highly agreed: Adding 14 comrades to the planning of the City Party Committee and leadership and management positions of Dien Bien Phu city for the 2025-2030, 2026-2031 term; adding 15 comrades to the planning of the City Party Committee and leadership and management positions of the city for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 term. 57 comrades continue to be planned as members of the City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Ha Quang Trung emphasized: Reviewing and supplementing the staff planning is very important, it is a step to select, arrange and prepare the team for the current term and the following terms. Through reviewing and supplementing the staff planning, the city will discover new factors, especially young cadres with virtue, talent, and potential in leadership and management to include in the planning. At the same time, there is a plan to train, foster and create a source of leadership and management positions to meet immediate and long-term political tasks.
