(Chinhphu.vn) - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1458/QD-TTg to establish the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province.

Establishment of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province

According to the Decision, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province was established on the basis of merging the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province.

The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh Province (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks in Bac Ninh Province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks according to the provisions of law.

The Management Board has legal status, an account, a seal bearing the National Emblem; state administrative management expenses, career operation expenses and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the annual plan and other funding sources according to regulations of authorized state management agencies.

Duties and powers of the Management Board

The Management Board performs duties and powers in accordance with current laws.

The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for specific on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in regulations in accordance with the provisions of law.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Justice to review the proposal to abolish Decision No. 152/1998/QD-TTg dated August 25, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Bac Ninh Industrial Parks Management Board and Decision No. 261/2003/QD-TTg dated December 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Bac Giang Industrial Parks Management Board.
