Speaking at the opening ceremony, journalist Nguyen Anh Tuan, Editor-in-Chief of Investor Magazine - Editor of the book emphasized that developing a green economy and an environmentally friendly circular economy is a major policy of our Party and State in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country. The 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030 clearly stated "Encouraging the development of a circular economy model to comprehensively and effectively utilize the output of the production process".

According to journalist Nguyen Anh Tuan, in recent years, implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, the trend of green development and circular economy in our country has become increasingly evident and vivid practical models have appeared.
However, in order for the circular economy to develop more strongly in all sectors of the economy, contributing to the goal of achieving zero net emissions by 2050, it is necessary to continue raising awareness, perfecting mechanisms and policies, and having more fundamental solutions to promote the development and widespread dissemination of this economic model. The press and media play a very important role in contributing to creating changes in the development of the circular economy in the business community and the whole society.
