The house was given to the family of Ms. Luong Thi Binh - a member of the Women's Union of Da 2 village, Cam Duong commune. Ms. Binh's family is in difficult circumstances, the house is degraded and unsafe.

The newly built house has a usable area of ​​nearly 100 m2, the construction cost is 250 million VND, of which the City Women's Union cooperated with Van Thang Investment Joint Stock Company to support the family with 40 million VND, the Women's Union and the People's Association of Da 2 village helped with labor, the rest came from the family's savings.

This is the 32nd “Shelter of Love” house that the Lao Cai City Women’s Union has started construction, inaugurated, and given to women members in difficult circumstances in the city since 2003.

In the coming time, the Lao Cai City Women's Union will continue to connect with sponsors to build 8 more "Shelters of Love" to practically achieve achievements to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the founding of Lao Cai City (November 30, 2004 - November 30, 2024).
