The City People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement Directive No. 11/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on strengthening the implementation of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety. Accordingly, agencies, units and localities in the city continue to propagate and resolutely and effectively implement the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and guiding documents to form the habit of obeying traffic laws among the people.

At the same time, strengthen patrols, control, and strictly handle violations of traffic order and safety; urban order, encroachment on roadsides, illegal parking causing traffic obstruction and congestion.
Review and complete traffic infrastructure according to authority, focusing on reviewing, fixing, and organizing reasonable road signaling systems; organizing overall traffic flow in the city, not allowing the situation of "solving this point, another point arises". Deploying the task of regulating the time and scope of passenger transport by four-wheeled motor vehicles and freight transport by four-wheeled motor vehicles in the city.
