Sapo has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gojek, to connect Sapo FnB restaurant and cafe management software with Gojek's GoFood order management platform.
This cooperation brings an optimal and easy-to-use operational solution in the FnB industry, businesses only need to use one software to manage orders from multiple platforms. Sapo FnB becomes the first software on the market to connect synchronously with multiple online food ordering platforms.
Sapo FnB software will integrate order management features from Gojek such as receiving orders, tracking GoFood orders, summarizing revenue reports, synchronizing menus... creating a seamless experience, optimizing business processes for restaurant owners.
Ms. Le Thi Dung, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Sapo Technology Joint Stock Company shared: “With the technology solutions of Sapo and Gojek, the combination of Sapo FnB and the GoFood order management platform will create a comprehensive management system, with the goal of helping restaurant owners' business processes become more efficient, while taking advantage of the online business model to develop and serve consumers better”.
