The workshop was attended by leaders of provincial departments and branches, the Association of High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Enterprises, the BSA Center, the Vinh Long and Ben Tre Business Associations and a number of local enterprises.
At the workshop, economic experts presented papers on issues such as: Strengthening business linkages - developing green businesses; leading business clubs - typical brands of Vinh Long province; business coffee, promoting business linkages; approaching ESG standards to green the coconut industry; approaching standards to green the rice industry; solutions to organize production towards multi-value, reducing emissions at Lac Dia sustainable agricultural cooperative; greening the ceramic industry...
In the context of the global market increasingly prioritizing sustainable values, greening is not only a trend, but also a condition for maintaining and improving competitiveness. Opinions at the workshop opened up multi-dimensional and profound perspectives on the urgent need to approach international standards and transform towards greening key industries. Thereby, contributing to helping enterprises apply new standards, innovate technology, improve production processes towards environmental friendliness, meet technical barriers, and integrate deeper into the global value chain. At the same time, helping enterprises proactively change their thinking, gradually improve their management capacity, innovate production and business models, both protecting the environment and enhancing the national brand, for a sustainable economic development.
