Towards the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (A80) - a particularly important political event of the country in 2025, the work of ensuring security and safety has been put at the highest level. The Guard Command, in its role as Deputy Head of the Security Subcommittee for the Anniversary, has issued a diagram of the layout of security checkpoints and specific regulations on the use of invitations and access cards during both the rehearsal and the official ceremony.

Accordingly, all delegates and participating forces must strictly comply with the inspection and control process. For the rehearsal, guests are only allowed to attend when presenting an invitation with a security stamp issued by the Organizing Committee. Particularly on the official ceremony day, each delegate must carry both the invitation and a personal card to be allowed to enter and exit the grandstand area. Each type of document is only valid for one person and must not be used in place of or accompanied by another person.

Along with that, the service forces, the organizing committee, the press, technicians and security were issued separate, personalized cards for use in both sessions. At the stands, especially stand A, all operations must strictly follow the instructions of the security forces. The Guard Command is directly responsible for checking and controlling people and vehicles entering and exiting, ensuring that all activities are within the prescribed scope.

Notably, the Organizing Committee emphasized the responsibility of heads of agencies and units in disseminating, managing and issuing cards and badges to each individual. Each individual must absolutely preserve and use them for the right purposes; acts of counterfeiting, illegal use, buying, selling or lending cards are strictly prohibited. In case of loss or damage, it must be immediately reported to the Security and Order Subcommittee and the Guard Command for consideration, verification and reissuance according to regulations.

It can be seen that the above regulations not only reflect the discipline and order in the organization, but also demonstrate the determination to absolutely protect the safety of the country's important political and social events. The strictness in every detail - from invitations, badges, to the working positions of the press - is a clear demonstration of the proactive spirit, responsibility and constant efforts of the participating forces, especially the Guard Command.
