The house was started to be built in March 2025 at Group 27 (Tan Phong Ward). After more than 4 months of construction, the project was completed and put into use. The project is designed as a level 4 house, with a usable area of 105m2, and a total construction cost of about 390 million VND. Of which, the "Comrades' House" Program supported 60 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family; officers and soldiers of Dao San Border Guard Station supported 30 working days.

Speaking at the inauguration and handover ceremony, Colonel Tran Nguyen Ky - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command emphasized that building "Comrades' House" is one of the humane and meaningful activities of the Army and Border Guard. Thereby, it demonstrates the deep concern of leaders and commanders at all levels in implementing military and military rear policies; is the encouragement, creation of conditions to help and share to improve the material and spiritual life of soldiers in general, and for families of officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances in particular. The "Comrades' House" project is the embodiment and noble symbol of comradeship, military-civilian affection; of the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, mutual assistance, joining hands, joining efforts, and wholeheartedly helping comrades.

The inauguration and handover of the "Comrades' House" is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
