The wheelchairs delivered not only have material value, but are also a great source of spiritual encouragement for Agent Orange/dioxin victims.

Representatives of the provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin presented a wheelchair to member Tran Manh Lom in Ban Moi Residential Group (Tan Phong Ward).

Comrade Mai Huy Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin said: The donation of wheelchairs is part of the program of caring for and helping victims of Agent Orange and is regularly implemented; these gifts were mobilized by the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and the Medical and Technical Relief Organization for Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia from domestic organizations and individuals.
