On the afternoon of August 29, Hanoi City Police and local authorities completed the priority areas to reserve seats for veterans and the elderly to watch the parades. Specifically, more than 5,000 seats in the priority areas were set up by authorities on Hung Vuong Street, Tran Phu Street, Trang Tien Street, Nha Chung Street, etc.
According to Hanoi City Police, this demonstrates a deep spirit of gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations, especially veterans - those who did not hesitate to sacrifice their blood for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Priority areas are ideally located, close to the road, allowing veterans and seniors to fully and solemnly observe the upcoming A80 Anniversary rehearsal.
Hanoi Police also said that carefully preparing priority areas is part of ensuring security and order and serving people at major national events, contributing to creating a solemn, warm atmosphere, connecting generations at events of historical significance.

According to the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Dinh Ward, in addition to arranging priority seats, the ward has also arranged overnight accommodations for the elderly, children... in the localities to watch the rehearsal. Accordingly, the areas for priority overnight accommodations include community activity houses (No. 112 Nguyen Thai Hoc, 22 Son Tay, Alley 47D Doi Can Street), Kindergarten No. 10 (Alley 100 Doi Can), Cultural and Sports Center (No. 60 Ngoc Ha Street). In addition, there are Phan Chu Trinh Primary School (No. 40-42 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street), community activity houses (No. 30 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street).

In a quick exchange with CAND Newspaper reporters, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Doan To, Deputy Chief of Trang Tien Ward Police, said that, learning from previous rehearsals and training sessions, this time the ward has made a list of veterans who want to watch the parade.

At the same time, the Ward Police have arranged about 200 seats in a beautiful, open location at the Trang Tien-Dinh Tien Hoang intersection. To avoid jostling and facilitate the movement of the elderly, the Ward Police have also prepared electric cars to take the elderly from outside to the right location. Early in the morning of August 30, the Ward Police will arrange for people to pick up and drop off the veterans and meritorious people.
