Previously, on July 4, on her way home from work, Professional Military Captain Nguyen Thi Yen - an employee of Battalion 3, Naval Academy, picked up a leather wallet containing 3,206 USD and 7,116,000 VND, 2 bank cards, and 3 personal identification cards. Professional Military Captain Nguyen Thi Yen reported to the unit commander and the Nam Nha Trang Ward Police to find the owner of the wallet.
After the police force verified the information about the person who dropped the property, at 8:00 a.m. on July 7, in the presence of the Nam Nha Trang Ward Police and her teammates, Professional Military Captain Nguyen Thi Yen returned the property to the person who dropped it, Mr. Rystaev Ilgis, a citizen of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
After receiving his property back, Mr. Rystaev Ilgis expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude for the noble gesture of Ms. Yen and the Nam Nha Trang Ward Police.
