Opening the training course, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander of Military Region 2, emphasized that the content of the training course will be the basis for unified leadership and direction in the correct implementation of Party regulations and State laws on local military work and border defense work after the Military Region receives the Border Guard Command Boards and establishes new regional defense command boards.
