(ABO) On the first day of the operation of the 2-level local government model, on the morning of July 1, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Dieu led a delegation with leaders of departments and branches to inspect and survey the operations at My Tho ward, the Public Administration Service Center, and the Department of Science and Technology.

At My Tho ward, provincial leaders inspected facilities, personnel arrangement, organization, and service to people at the Public Administration Service Center.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Dieu also visited and encouraged the officials and civil servants working here.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the preparation work of My Tho Ward. He asked the ward's officials and civil servants to promote the spirit of serving the people, caring, being close, and taking the people as the main subject to perform their tasks well.

The Department needs to continue to promote the spirit of initiative, strengthen connections with departments, branches and localities to promote the application of science and technology in production and life practices".
