Approval of the 1/2000 scale planning of the Eco-tourism, resort and entertainment service area of Cay Siu Field

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1521/QD-UBND on approving the task of the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for the Canh Dong Cay Siu eco-tourism resort and entertainment service area, Dau Tieng district. Accordingly, the boundary location of this tourist area planning is to the north adjacent to the road along the Saigon River with a road width of 32m; to the south adjacent to the Saigon River; to the east adjacent to the Cu Chi Tunnels Eco-tourism Service Area expansion; to the west adjacent to the Saigon River. The planning area has an area of about 222 hectares, the research scope is 242 hectares, of which 20 hectares is water surface.

This eco -tourism service area meets the needs of high-end relaxation and entertainment, and will be connected to the expanded Cu Chi Tunnels eco-tourism service area. The average number of visitors on weekdays is expected to be 4,200-4,800 visitors/day; the average number of visitors on holidays and weekends is a maximum of 5,500 visitors/day. The expected number of employees is 6,750 people.
