Djokovic has 1,640 bonus points, moving up 2 places to return to the top of the ATP. This is the third time Djokovic has risen to hold the world number one position in the 2023 season, the 36-year-old Serbian has spent 388 weeks at the top of the ATP.

Carlos Alcaraz has 360 bonus points after reaching the semi-finals of the French tournament, but this achievement is not enough for the Spanish player to keep the top position.

Daniil Medvedev was eliminated early from Roland Garros 2023, losing 230 points and ranking 3rd in the world. The next positions still belong to Casper Ruud, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Holger Rune.

The ATP Top 10 continues to change, Karen Khachanov (Russia) rises to 10th place, pushing colleague Felix Auger-Aliassime (Canada) down to 11th place.

Last week's rankings welcomed two players into the top 30, with Denis Shapovalov (Canada) moving up to 29th and Nicolas Jarry (Chile) taking 30th place.

Rafael Nadal lost 2,000 points after failing to defend his Roland Garros title and dropped 121 places to 136th in the world. After more than 20 years in the ATP top 100, Nadal has officially been eliminated from the list of top 100 tennis players.

The last time Nadal was outside the top 100 was on April 14, 2003, when he was ranked 106th. Nadal has not played a match in 2023 since being eliminated in the second round of the Australian Open on January 18.

In the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) rankings, Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek continues to hold the top spot after winning Roland Garros 2023.

Aryna Sabalenka (Belarus) remains in second place with 8,012 points. Jessica Pegula (USA) lost her world number 3 position due to the rise of Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan) and Caroline Garcia (France).
